This study about Factors that delay return to work of COVID-19 positive health care workers at King Saud medical city Riyadh Saudi Arabia.2020 Coronaviruses (CoV) are a large family RNA viruses cause illnesses ranging from the common cold more severe diseases such as Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS-CoV) and acute (SARS-CoV). The aim this is determine factors among HCPs also relationship associated risk in minimize which will maintain staffing levels provide adequate all patients. Health professional defined staff facility involved provision for infected patient, including those who have been present same area well may not provided direct but had contact with patient’s body fluids, potentially contaminated items or environmental surfaces. Sampling method: design sampling be Stratified Random (StRS) cross section study. Arabia mc.2020 (STRS) use SPSS analysis.
